How to place an order
All orders are placed online. In special cases telephone orders are allowed. An order is considered completed as soon as the customer receives a copy of the acceptance of the order via email. In this regard, the customer is required to check the Copy of the Order and promptly communicate any errors.
Prices and availability

Please send the bank transfer accountant via email to info@perbaccoweb.it within 48 hours after placing the order. The order will be processed only upon display of the transaction and not upon receipt of the accounting. The accounting is required only to consider the order as reliable.
PayPal or Credit Card
Transaction through PayPal accounts or with Visa and Mastercard, Visa Electron, PostePay credit cards. In the latter case, payments will be accepted only if the cardholder is the one who actually places the order.
Cash in the shop
Cash payment is allowed at the shop for the choice of collection of the goods directly in one of our warehouses. In this case the order is processed online and the goods will be available for collection the following day.
Billing
For each order placed, a payment invoice will be issued and is available directly online in the user profile. A copy of the order will be included in the shipping package. Important note: in accordance with current tax laws, no invoice will be issued to the owners of sole proprietorships and / or freelancers if the tax code of the person concerned is not entered in addition to the VAT number.

The Customer is therefore invited to carefully read these conditions of sale and to print them or save them on another durable medium accessible to him.
How to purchase
The Customer can only purchase the products on the site https://www.viniwines.com/ at the time of placing the order as described in the relevant information sheets. The information supplied with the products reproduces that provided by the manufacturers. Viniwines.com Perbacco, therefore, reserves the right to modify the product information to adapt it to that provided by the producers, without prior notice. The images on the site are provided to the Customer to facilitate the recognition of the products, due to variations in the packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Viniwines.com by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of receipt of the order and an "Order Number", to be used in any further communication with Viniwines.com, as well as a reference to these conditions of sale. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Viniwines.com undertakes to promptly notify the Customer. All prices on the site are to be understood as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. Viniwines.com reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. The prices to the public do not include any taxes, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the products and / or services where this is different from Italy. These costs, which differ from country to country, are charged to the customer, who is responsible for verifying the amount with the competent customs authorities. Against a written request we will reimburse the customer for the costs incurred.
Terms of payment
The Customer can purchase the products on the viniwines.com website using different forms of payment, as indicated in the purchase procedure. Any additional costs relating to a specific payment method will be explicitly highlighted during the purchase procedure itself.
Delivery methods
Viniwines.com delivers its products through specialized couriers. Shipping costs are generally charged to the customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed. Depending on the area of destination of the goods, deliveries may take place in a period of time ranging from 24 hours to 4 days, except for unforeseen circumstances (in any case no later than thirty days from the date of the order). Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to verify their integrity, if the customer has doubts about the integrity of the same, he must indicate this on the delivery receipt. The customer will have 14 working days to check the integrity of the goods and communicate any damage in writing to support@viniwines.com. Within 14 working days Viniwines.com will refund the customer.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the delivery of the purchased products, according to correctness and good faith, upon written communication to be sent to Viniwines.com by e-mail at info @ viniwines.com. In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. The return costs are charged to the customer. Viniwines.com will reimburse the Customer for all payments received for the product or products for which it has exercised the right of withdrawal (including the original delivery costs) within 14 days of the customer's communication.
Guarantees
Viniwines.com guarantees that products equal to those indicated and described on the site will be delivered. The manufacturer's responsibility applies to all products sold. The manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information on the packaging.
Privacy
The personal data requested when placing the order are collected by Viniwines.com and processed on computer media, in order to satisfy the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Customer and will in no case or for any reason be transferred to third parties. Viniwines.com guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree. N. 196 of 30.06.03. The data controller is Per Baccoweb Srl, 36043 Camisano Vic. (VI), in the person who from time to time has the legal representation, unless a manager is appointed pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003. The customer, at any time, has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data with written communication to be sent to Viniwines.com, at the above address. The customer, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, has the right to access their data in the manner provided therein. Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the Customer issued together with the authorization for processing and sending the online registration form.
Protection of minors
Viniwines.com does not sell wine or other alcoholic products to minors under the age of 18. The courier will not deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under the age of 18 and may request an identity document to verify the age.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
The sales contract between the customer and Viniwines.com is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of his town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Vicenza.
