Lipa BioNoc beer
Born around 1835 in England with the aim of being exported to India. To overcome the problems of transport, carried out by sea, a greater quantity of hops was used in beer during all stages of production. This process gave the drink a particularly dominant characteristic presence of hops.
Color: dark amber
Taste: dry, bitter and persistent, with notes of mountain pine and earth
Alcoholic degree: 6.0% alc.vol

Production: the use of Pale and Cristal malts offers roundness in the mouth, in boiling English hops are used which give an accentuated bitterness and great aromaticity to the beer. English yeasts are then used for fermentation, during which further cold hops are added to complete the organoleptic profile.
