The Saison appear in Wallonia the Belgian at the end of the '700. These ales are created to accompany the common beers produced by trappist monks, too alcoholic. The farmers of the time, forced to endless days of hard work in the fields, in need of plain drinks. Thus are born: cool beer, read, refreshing and tasty.
