Zàgara Amber Ale with Barley orange honey

In 2007, a beer enriched by the use of Sardinian orange honey from organic beekeeping was introduced into the Barley range, which gives the product a delicate push towards elegant citrus aromas and flavors.

It has an orange color, with a creamy white foam, adherent and persistent. On the nose there are hints of orange and spices. In the mouth you can perceive the flavors of malt, orange and a nice dry hop closure, which makes this beer particularly drinkable and thirst-quenching.

Excellent as an aperitif, at the table it pairs happily with pumpkin ravioli or as an accompaniment to fresh foods, such as salads based on fish or white meats and young goat and pecorino cheeses.
