A vintage of great elegance, characterized by freshness, delicacy and structure. The prestigious Belle Epoque cuvée is pervaded by aromas of flowers and white fruits wrapped in notes of candied citrus fruits, which give it a pleasantly full-bodied texture on the palate.

Appearance: Light gold color with crystalline clarity, fresh and delicate hints of green.
Nose: Spring scent with a slight aroma of white flowers, among which hawthorn and plum blossoms stand out. Followed by fresh aromas of white fruits that let themselves be enveloped by notes of candied citrus.
Palate: A wine with overwhelming energy with a vigorous and lively attack, which expands on the palate leaving a hint of freshness.

Hervé Deschamps created this cuvée to highlight the unique character of the 2008 harvest while remaining faithful to the style of the Maison.

This unique blend brings out the freshness and elegance of the Chardonnay grapes (50%) of the Cramant and Avize Grand Crus, whose refinement is enhanced by the generosity and delicate complexity of the Pinot Noir of the Montagne de Reims (45%). Finally, the rounded charm of Dizy's Pinot Meunier (5%) completes this wonderfully balanced cuvée. An aging period of over six years in the Perrier-Jouët cellars and a low dosage (9 grams per liter) make this great cuvée even more generous and refined.
