Amàzzoni Gin
Alcohol distillate of cereals, aromatic herbs and spices, the so-called botanicals. According to the Plymouth specification, where it evolved from the Dutch Jenever, making gin seems like child's play, the mere application of a mathematical formula. On the other hand, there are also those who make gin with apples, wine, potatoes or by adding saffron, cucumbers, petals, leaves or medicinal plants that should give the final product who knows what miraculous properties. For sure, in almost four hundred years of production we have seen and tasted everything, and its opposite.
Never a premium gin made in Brazil - as never before had a gin-only distillery existed in the country - nor certainly one capable of perfectly amalgamating and enhancing the gifts of this enchanted land and the spirit of its people with the respect for a centuries-old tradition of tasting. Born in the enchanted atmosphere of La Cachoeira, Amázzoni is a 100% Brazilian brand in terms of philosophy, ingredients and production cycle ... and no, this has never really been seen. At least, not until now.
