Raw material
It is obtained from the careful distillation of Moscato grapes from the Euganean Hills (Veneto) wisely selected and kept in the cellar so that fermentation takes place in a closed and clean environment.

Artisanal distillation
The FRATELLI BRUNELLO Distillery has always used a discontinuous direct steam system, one of the few still in operation, conducted at low pressure and low temperature. It is made up of 4 boilers strictly in copper, as tradition dictates.

The distillation cycle is very slow and involves the processing of small batches of (cooked) marc which lasts about an hour and a half.

Seasoning
After distillation, the grappa rests in inert containers for at least two long years during which, thanks to a slow evolution, it rounds up and enhances its aromatic characteristics.

Tasting
The fruity and freshness olfactory sensations that characterize Grappa di Moscato perfectly recall the grape variety par excellence; to the gustatory analysis it is frank, balanced and soft.

Service and Pairings
10-12 ° C in tulip-shaped chalice.

Excellent with strawberry fruit salad accompanied with ice cream, or with fruit ice creams.
