Grappa di Müller Thurgau comes from a typical white grape variety from Trentino. After the traditional bain-marie distillation in a discontinuous still, the grappa is left to refine for a long time in fine French acacia barrels, placed in the silence of a dark and muffled environment. Slowly the grappa, in full harmony, extracts an amber color and a unique and unmistakable blend of aromas from the wood.
