Grappa Fesca Aromatic Marc Brunello Brothers

Raw material
It is obtained from the distillation of a blend of pomace of semi-aromatic grapes among which Pinot, Moscato and the "Incontro Manzoni 6.0.13" stand out, all vinified in the Veneto region.

Artisanal distillation
The FRATELLI BRUNELLO Distillery has always used a discontinuous direct steam system, one of the few still in operation, conducted at low pressure and low temperature. It is made up of 4 boilers strictly in copper, as tradition dictates.

The distillation cycle is very slow and involves the processing of small batches of (cooked) marc which lasts about an hour and a half.

Seasoning
After distillation, the grappa rests in inert steel containers for at least twelve months during which, thanks to a slow evolution, it is perfected leaving the more aggressive characteristics of young grappas to take on a soft and pleasant tone.

Tasting
The nose is young and exuberant, clean and intense, with floral and slightly fruity sensations.

On the palate it is warm and round. Inviting both to the scent and to the taste, it is a grappa for after lunch even in summer.

Service and Pairings
8-12 ° C in tulip-shaped glass.

It accompanies a not too intense chocolate, a tasty cow's milk cheese with plum jam and enhances the cream ice cream.
