Grappa Riserva in barrels from Sauternes Sibona
This special Grappa Riserva, already aged, for a long period, in oak wood (2 years) was then put away for several months (24 months) in barrels, already used previously, to age the "Sauternes" wine of some prestigious cellars.
The particular stay in Sauternes barrels was experimented by us in an innovative way on Grappa and with exceptional results from a qualitative point of view.
The intoxicating aroma, with aromas of ripe fruit, honey and acacia flowers and the rich, fresh, elegant flavor with notes of candied fruit and oak, are very reminiscent of the Sauternes already contained in these barrels.
Color: Amber.
Bouquet: Intoxicating, with aromas of ripe fruit, honey and acacia flowers.
Taste: Rich, aromatic, fresh, elegant with notes of candied fruit and oak.
