Grappa Riserva Single Cask 22 years Nardini Selection
A unique and precious grappa, in a limited edition of 3,240 bottles numbered and certified by our master distiller. An exceptional barrel aging, number 326, which began on 26 September 1996 and ended on 28 February 2019, gave us Grappa Riserva 22 years Single Cask, a superb distillate of expectation and an art that the Nardini family has preserved for over 240 years. A true act of innovation in the Nardini world, the first of its kind: unlike traditional reserve grappas which are cuvèe of different barrels of the same vintages, in the 22 year Single Cask it is the final blend to be dropped into the barrel to age. A grappa of excellent quality, kept in a precious bottle and packaging in Slavonian oak wood.
Production Process: Blend of grappas produced with a continuous / discontinuous system and distillation columns.
Appearance: Amber yellow with warm tones.
Aromatic profile: Complex and delicate profile rich in nuances with evident hints of vanilla and light floral notes.
Taste: Full and refined. The aftertaste reveals the complex nuances due to the exceptional aging of 22 years in cask.
