Rum Nation Demerara Solera n.14 was born in English Guiana from the skilful blending of rum coming from the distillation of molasses. It is a blend from continuous distillation, to add richness of body, and from the column, to add a lighter tap and a soft drinkability.
It ages mainly in Bourbon barrels and 12 months in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso barrels. This choice allows to have a creamy sweetness and at the same time give a spicy character. At the end a small portion of very old Enmore rum is added for added complexity.
