The Sambuca 40% from Valle del Marta is visually transparent, the indistinguishable fresh notes of anise stand out on the nose, the palate immediately shows a good balance between the alcohol content, the sugar density and the flavor of star anise that persists in the mouth also thanks to the density determined precisely by the percentage of sugar present in the infusion.
