Today Cantine Briamara has about 10 hectares all planted with Erbaluce with different farms: in Caluso we have kept the traditional "topie" or "palere", a system that allows excellent vigor of the plant, while in Cuceglio and Parella we have evolved in breeding espalier with a double guyot, but always leaving the right breath and vent to the vine.
The brothers Federico and Silvia Stefini formally found and lead the project and the cellar of 1701 today.
Together with their collaborators they take care of the eleven hectares of one of the oldest wine-growing properties in the area, three hundred years of history and an extraordinary vineyard of four hectares surrounded by 11th century walls. We work on the basis of a choice shared with conviction: the principles and methods of organic and biodynamic viticulture.
This approach, far from any forcing and chemical intervention, is also a philosophy of life, a way to approach the vineyard, understand it and respect it in its life cycle until, in the bottle, it fully expresses its vitality, character and virtue: first of all authenticity and maximum enhancement of the terroir, in all its expressions.

Created in 1858 by Amédée Edouard DOR, the distillery prepares the finest Cognacs with original and meticulous passion.
Abuelo rums, a rum producer in Panama, are distinguished by their tasty and full-bodied but very soft taste. In fact, the tradition of this distillery dates back to 1908 when Don José Valera Blanco, a young Spanish immigrant, opened, in the town of Pesé, the first sugar factory in the then newly born republic of Panama. Factory which, in 1936, by the will of the three sons of the founder, was transformed into a distillery. Since then the Valera family has established itself as the first distillate company in Panama. The raw material, cane sugar, from which Rum Abuelo is produced, comes from the same peninsula.
Historical evidence traces the winemaking vocation of the hills of the Marca Trevigiana back to the Middle Ages. Here excellent white wines were produced which, as it was written in 1606, were exported and appreciated "in Venice, in Germany and as far away as Poland".
It was a natural selection that imposed the Glera in this wine court of the Alta Marca and above all in the Valdobbiadene area where it has reigned since then on the steep slopes of the Pliocene hills. The environment is severe, we are close to the first Dolomite peaks, but well protected and kissed by the warm light of midday.
It is here, in this environment with very solid roots of peasant labor and rich traditions, that our history begins.
Aimery Producteurs is the producer of Aimery Producteurs Crémant de Limoux Brut 1531, a sparkling wine from Cremant de Limoux and with 12% alcohol in the volume. Amery from the Limoux area, the French region at the foot of the Pyrenees makes wine exclusively from local grapes and has large aging cellars. Aimery is characterized by superior quality products, with quality standards at the highest levels.
Akashi White Oak
The White Oak distillery was founded in 1888 but has only been producing whiskey in a traditional way and in small quantities since 1919.

The Anfosso company has ancient origins. The production of Rossese di Dolceacqua derives from grapes of own production of the vineyards of Soldano and San Biagio della Cima in Liguria. It is bright ruby red in color, with a predominant fruity note of cassis and wild strawberry on the nose.

The charm of the Berlucchi winery does not stop at its ancient heart, the itinerary continues through galleries and niches where the bottles find the ideal environment for their refinement. The historical archive is curious, with the bottles "at the tip" of the most significant vintages, preserved to evaluate their evolution over time. For years the company has eliminated the use of allergenic substances such as eggs and milk from the production cycle. It then joins the Ita.Ca project for monitoring carbon dioxide emissions, and has installed a powerful photovoltaic system on the roof of the winemaking cellar that meets 35 percent of its energy needs.

If the Valdobbiadene Docg of Bortolin Angelo Spumanti is an authentic expression of the territory in which it is born, this bond with nature and its forms had to somehow also be expressed in its external appearance. It is precisely with this intent that the winery has developed an ambitious project, which took shape starting from the 2014 harvest: the genesis of a personalized, unique and absolutely original bottle. The intuition came one morning while Desiderio and his father Angelo, founder of the company, were in the vineyard preparing the shoots for the upcoming season. Angelo saw a splendid large branch twisted around itself and showed it to Desiderio, taking it with one hand exactly as one picks up a bottle of sparkling wine.
Having earned his diploma as a wine technician at the Conegliano Enological School a few years ago, in 1947 Umberto Bortolotti realized his aspirations, giving life to the Cantine in Valdobbiadene in the pioneering spirit and fervor typical of the post-war period. Seriousness and enthusiasm immediately gave him prestige and in 1954 the company was moved to its current location which, originally a factory and farm, became the subject of subsequent renovations and expansions in response to changing needs.

Healthy grapes, whole bunches, maceration and fermentation in steel tanks or wooden vats, refinements in barriques and tonneaux, always different by place and year to extract the maximum natural potential from each vineyard.
Cà dei Conti
In Tregnago, in Val d'Illasi, in the DOC Valpollicella territory, the Rancan family has lived and worked the land for hundreds of years.
The brothers Renzo and Loredana decided to continue the family tradition and in 2007 the Cà dei Conti farm was born. In 2009, Fabio, an expert and eclectic winemaker, and Eugenio, a grower with a long and proven experience, entered the winery.
Here is the turning point that starts the adventure.

Casa Divina Provvidenza
Established in 1821, the "Casa Divina Provvidenza" farm, sold by the Vatican state to the Cosmi family, has returned to its former glory by focusing on tradition, on the history of a territory like Neptune and on the rediscovery of native vines, a unique heritage in Lazio for more of 2 centuries. The Cosmi have been winemakers for 3 generations, devoted to the enhancement of a wonderful fruit of the earth: grapes.
The company has chosen to give the best for its tradition by producing quality wines, with modern technologies, choosing the best machinery and specializing, thus combining ancient values and modernity, establishing a company that believes in the future and in work. Today a wing of the farmhouse is the occasional residence of the owners while the rest is dedicated to the processing of wine, up to the bottling and packaging of the product. Adjacent to the cellar there is the Company Enoteca with the tasting room, a destination for tourists and local people.
Casale del Giglio
Casale del Giglio was founded in 1967 by Dr. Berardino Santarelli, originally from Amatrice, and is located in the Agro Pontino in the locality of Le Ferriere, Municipality of Aprilia, in the province of Latina, about 50 km south of Rome. This territory represented, compared to other areas of Lazio and other regions of Italy, an environment to be explored from a wine-making point of view. For this reason, in 1985 the “Casale del Giglio” research and development project was set up, authorized by the Lazio Region Agriculture Department.
Castello del Poggio
The estate is the result of the great wealth of experience, knowledge and love for the vineyard of the Zonin family. Purchased in 1985, it now covers 186 hectares, of which 160 are vineyards, which form an enchanting amphitheater of rows at an average altitude between 250 and 350 meters. The climate is typically continental and is influenced by the barrier that the Alps and the Apennines oppose to the south-western winds.
The Castello del Poggio estate is committed to enhancing the indigenous vines of excellence of Piedmont, such as Barbera, Dolcetto, Brachetto, Moscato d'Asti and Grignolino, which in this area express the best varietal characteristics and which historically it is considered the "cru" area par excellence.
Castello del Terriccio
Castello del Terriccio is one of the largest agricultural properties in Tuscany: approximately 1500 hectares in total, of which 65 are destined for vineyards and 40 for olive groves, extending along the northern limit of the Tuscan Maremma near Bolgheri.
The fortunate combination of soil, air and light make this microcosm unique where nature and the intervention of man are integrated with balance, who, with foresight, has been able to safeguard the biodiversity of the territory over time, maintaining the presence of different crops and spontaneous vegetation next to the vineyards.
The estate offers views of rare beauty and charm: the vineyards alternate with forests of turkey oaks, oaks, eucalyptus trees and the Mediterranean scrub that colors and perfumes the landscape. Beyond the scrub there are still meadows, farmhouses, grassy expanses sloping down to the sea which limits the Maremma coast between Castiglioncello and Bibbona. The many streams and the lake that collects them ensure water for the flora and abundant wildlife.
From the property you can see, on clear days, four islands of the Tuscan archipelago. At sunset, the spectacle of the fiery sun disappearing into the Tyrrhenian Sea. The ruins of the medieval castle that gives the estate its name are located on the highest hill, the one that enjoys the highest view.
In addition to vineyards and olive groves, the property includes an important Limousine cattle breeding in the wild.
Castello di Gussago

The living karst rock walls of the cellar tell the geology of millions of years of history with fossils and minerals.
In this place, from the grapes of our vineyard, the Castello di Rubbia wines are born: they find their identity in the slow flow of spontaneous macerations and fermentations that can last for months. In the silence of the long refinements on the yeasts they find their own identity, each with their own rhythm walks in search of stability, or balance, the first axiom for a wine that is about to embark on a new life in the bottle, without the need for filtration.
This period varies from 2 to 5 years before presentation and public availability.
Castello di Spessa
Elegant, mineral, persistent wines of remarkable freshness and great drinkability directly to your home. The wines of Castello di Spessa are refined in the medieval cellars and in the bunker, dug under the castle during the Second World War but only discovered in 1987 during the renovation of the castle. Located about 18 meters deep, at a constant temperature of 14 degrees, the bunker is the ideal place for refining the estate's fine wines.
In the heart of Salice Salentino, Castello Monaci stands out. The Castle and the Cellar are surrounded by about 3,000 olive trees and 150 hectares of vineyards which represent one of the most significant models of the innovative Salento viticulture. The vineyards are trained with spurred cordon. Below a first clayey layer of about 1 meter the roots meet a wide band of tuff, a typical porous and friable white stone. In periods of great drought it acts as a water resource for the vine, giving the wines flavor and minerality.
The Castelvecchi winery has an area of about 1,000 square meters and enjoys exceptional natural air conditioning (constant 18 ° degrees). It is divided into six rooms: one for welcoming guests, two for winemaking, three for aging in oak barrels and barriques.

The history of the Cecchetto winery is firmly intertwined with that of its land and its most important grape, the Raboso del Piave, a vine difficult to tame but capable of striking with its rough, bold, sometimes grumpy character. Of this winery you can taste different tests, interpretations, versions, experiments, discuss woods, refinements, harvests, winemaking strategies, withering concerning this vine of the Treviso province traditionally prone to angularity and here interpreted according to a more modern style.
Le Cantine Ceci, was born in 1938 and today produces some of the most appreciated products of the territory, from the legendary Lambrusco “Terre Verdiane” to the great “Otello Nero di Lambrusco”. The rapid expansion began in the 90s, with the birth of the Lambrusco Terre Verdiane, with which this vine experienced a new youth and unexpected prestige.
Lamberto Cesarini Sforza, in 1974, founded, together with a small group of friends, the homonymous winery with the aim of producing high quality sparkling wines.
In a few years Lamberto Cesarini Sforza managed to select a good number of excellent vineyards of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, personally supervising the management of the funds, the choice of grapes and the strengthening of the winemaking systems.
Thus the foundations were laid for the birth of Cesarini Sforza sparkling wines, which in a short time managed to conquer a prominent place in the world of Trentino and Italian sparkling wines: in 1976 the first Cesarini Sforza sparkling wine was born, elaborated according to the classic method; in 1985 a daring classic method Rosé was produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the hills of the Cembra Valley and subsequently, thanks to continuous viticultural and enological research, in 1986 the first Royal Aquila Reserve was born, produced using only Chardonnay grapes grown above 500 m.
In the parish archives of Pressano the surname Cesconi appears for the first time in 1751. From that moment the roots of our family have grown, together with the vineyards, on these hills.
Some documents attest to the purchase of the Olivar vineyard at the beginning of the nineteenth century, whose Nosiola, thanks to the initiative of the great-grandfather Bernardino transported on ox-drawn carts, reached Innsbruck. Subsequently, grandfather Rinaldo, with the help of his son Paolo, began to supply wine to various taverns in the nearby city of Trento. In the following years Paolo succeeds, with great commitment, in increasing the company surface, and with the support of his sons Alessandro, Franco, Roberto and Lorenzo, the modern history of our company begins.
From experience was born the conviction to eliminate the use of all synthetic chemicals. By observing nature we have arrived at the biological conversion of all our vineyards. The deep knowledge of our territory and the daily attention to our vineyards allows us to harvest healthy grapes, thus limiting as much as possible the intervention on the wine in the cellar.
The production of wine is accompanied by a limited production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, intense and pure, coming from centuries-old olive trees in the Valle dei Laghi.
Located in the heart of Reims, the production site of the company extends for five hectares and has three levels of cellars in which the wines can develop at their best and reach their complete maturity. Castelnau is a brand specialized in long aging on yeasts. The Maison produces 600,000 bottles from 900 hectares divided between 150 different crus.
Created in honor of General Edouard de Curières de Castelnau in 1916, Champagne de Castelnau became famous during the First World War. Since 1925, and for three generations, Champagne de Castelnau has been owned by a family from Epernay.
Very popular for a good part of the twentieth century, particularly in the 1930s, Champagne de Castelnau is, all over the world, the guest of honor of royal families and circles of the French army. Cihuatán is a pre-Columbian archaeological site of great historical importance in Central America located in El Salvador. The city, with architecture with clear Aztec influences, was built and inhabited between 900 and 1200 AD by indigenous Maya-Pipil. Cihuatan was very extensive and its remnants cover about three square kilometers, with seven neighborhoods surrounding the city center, each with its own ceremonial buildings, including some Mayan pyramids. To date, about 150 structures have been identified, of which only a small part has been brought to light. Chiuatàn translated means "near the woman", a name that derives from the shape of the nearby Guazapa mountain, whose profile recalls the silhouette of a woman sleeping on her back.

The Col Sandago winery was born in the municipality of Susegana, in the province of Treviso. The company owned by Antonio Faganello, new as a structure but old of tradition and winemaking experience handed down from father to son since 1889, is spread over 15 hectares of vineyards located in the municipality of Refrontolo and favorably exposed from west to south-west. an altitude between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. The vineyard training systems which are the "silvoz" and "alla cappuccina", added to an adequate planting density, together with a drastic reduction of fertilizers guarantee the excellent quality of the Prosecco grape. The Concilio brand is the son of the Val d'Adige, a plain quenched by the river Adige and always suited to the cultivation and care of vines.
The historic headquarters of the Concilio winery, today a modern production plant of Cantina Sociale di Trento, was located near one of the villages in the valley, Volano. The winery, located in the heart of the Trentino wine industry, is equipped with cutting-edge technologies suitable for any type of processing. The plant is surrounded by greenery and shows its “green soul” in the choice of the energy necessary for the production process: a photovoltaic system in fact covers a large part of the system's energy needs.

Founded in 1898 by Salvatore Contini, today it represents absolute excellence within the Sardinian wine scene. The Contini family's journey through the wine roads is long and exciting. The vineyard has been kept in its original habitat surrounded by woods and meadows. In these hills we grow native vines such as Durella and Garganega and typical vines such as Cabernet Franc, Pinot Nero and Riesling Renano, according to a strict protocol called the Agno Valley Rule, in which the ancient principles of local agriculture have been recovered. . The vinification follows the same path: the minimum possible intervention. From the vine to the wine we process our wines within the property. Di Majo Norante
Di Majo Norante has been producing wines from its own grapes since 1800 IN MOLISE north of the Gargano. The predisposition to select clones of native vines through the study of their adaptability to the soil of the southern area is at the origin of all Di Majo Norante wines.

Gabriel Tortochot, a fervent defender of Burgundy wines, in particular through his work as president of the "Syndicat Viticole de Gevrey-Chambertin" and his role in the "Comité National de L'INAO", has transmitted his passion for the terroir of Gevrey to her children, Brigitte and Chantal. The latter, with a diploma from the Sup de Co Dijon in her pocket, wanted to fly alone. The Dorigati winery is located in the historic center of Mezzocorona, in the province of Trento. The Japanese word "etsu" translated means pleasure, and it is precisely an intense pleasure that generates this very particular gin. It is produced in an artisanal way according to a secret recipe in good part.
The main botanical notes of the recipe are fresh Okinawa pepper and yuzu, a small Japanese citrus fruit that is particularly fragrant and has a persistent taste.
Etsu looks like a very classy gin: smooth, intense and silky, it opens with a dry hint and then releases a sweet floral flavor on the palate.

Four generations of men in love with the vineyard. We are in the fourth generation of men in love with the vineyard. From the 4 hectares of property prior to the great-great-grandfather in the Cerretta area, one of the best mentions of the Barolo hills, the vineyard area has tripled, reaching today, counting as many as 10 hectares in Serralunga d'Alba and 9 in Cigliè, in Alta Langa.
Great-grandfather Francesco and grandfather Alberto mainly took care of the vineyard and the sale of grapes, the predominant trade in the area at the time, selling it to manufacturing companies but also to private individuals, and making wine only very small quantities for their own consumption and some friends.
The family grows with the joy of the birth of our two children: Elia (1998) and Maria (2001). Our cellar is located in the Ragnaie business center, in essential and rational environments that allow us to work in maximum safety and cleanliness.
After the harvest the grapes are selected on a vibrant sorting table where the best bunches are chosen, allowing us to vinify only quality grapes. The musts are fermented and macerated in concrete vats where, with the help of manual pumping over, they remain from 25 to 90 days. The period of stay in oak varies from 12 months for the IGT Troncone, 24 months for the Rosso di Montalcino and 36 months for the Brunellis.
After bottling, the wines rest in a controlled temperature and humidity environment until they are put on the market.

Stephen and Paul paved the way for Limestone Branch on May 26, 2011. We produce all the beers of our three lines, both low and high fermentation, with a manual system with two 12hl double-cooked vats. In this way we can personally control every phase of the production process and give a personal cut to each of our beers. Each step is followed directly by our brewers in a complex alchemy between the beer theory applied in the conception of the recipes and the manual work that is carried out daily in the brewhouse.
Our 130hl cellar allows us to produce more than 1000hl per year. Our fermenters, of different sizes and characteristics, have been chosen to enhance the individual beer styles and allow us to adopt different production techniques based on the type of beer to be produced each time.
Our beers, packaged manually, are all refermented in kegs or bottles at the end of a maturation period that varies from three to six weeks. Once the refermentation is complete, the beers are ready to be labeled and stored in a cold room at 4 degrees.

Moncaro has always been characterized by its strong roots in the territory of the Marche Region and its environment. The company has three production sites and its vineyards in the most important wine-growing areas of the region. The Cellar of Montecarotto in the classic area of the Castles of Jesi. The Cantina del Conero in Camerano, on the slopes of Monte Conero and the Cantina di Acquaviva in the south of the Marche in the upper Piceno area.
The Monsupello farm is in the Oltrepo 'Pavese with 50 hectares of owned vineyards. It produces structured and harmonious wines that can give the consumer emotions. The vines grown are: Pinot Nero, Croatina, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Grigio, Riesling Renano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Moscato. The Montalbera farm was founded at the beginning of the twentieth century in an area between the municipalities of Grana, Castagnole Monferrato and Montemagno. In the mid-eighties, the Morando family adopted an expansion policy that was not yet completed, with the acquisition of neighboring land and the direct planting of new vineyards, mainly in Ruchè. Today the company is surrounded by its own vineyards arranged in a circular form in a single body in an entirely hilly position, with different exposures and soils ranging from clayey to limestone. One of the peculiarities that has always distinguished Montalbera in the Piedmontese landscape is that of being a reality straddling the two great wine areas of Piedmont: Monferrato and Langhe.

The Monte del Frà winery is located in Custoza, on the morainic hills of Lake Garda, just 15 km from the center of Verona. The choice of suitable territories for the cultivation of vines and the obsessive application to agronomic practices on the plant, have made Monte del Frà one of the leading companies in the production of quality grapes.
Monte Rossa Historic winery of Franciacorta. Monte Rossa governs 70 hectares of vineyards. The various positions of the crus on different terrains and exposures contribute to broaden the aromatic heritage of the grapes, so as to compose cuvées rich in structure and complexity. The Montecrocetta farm is located in Gambellara, at the foot of the Lessini mountains, between Verona and Vicenza. Today Montevetrano is an estate of 26 hectares, of which about 5 are vineyards, in the Regional Park of the Picentini Mountains, in Southern Italy. The vineyards are in San Cipriano Picentino, in an ancient property of the Bourbons 100 meters above sea level, on the crest of a hill among oaks, chestnuts, hazelnuts, citrus and olive trees, in the shade of an ancient medieval castle.
The borders are marked by bushes of blackberries and ancient roses that lead to the rows in the space of the "vineyard of the horse", at the height of the manor house of the end of the 1700s.
Montonale was born from an ancient family farming tradition that blossomed on the hills of Desenzano del Garda. Here, in the early twentieth century, Francesco Girelli plowed two hectares of land in the Conta area. Roberto Girelli, with his brothers Claudio and Valentino, has breathed the scents of the cellar since he was a child. In 2002, just twenty years old, his first harvest follows. Son of Bortolo Nardini and Maria Maddalena Giacomuzzi, Bortolo Nardini was born on 25 May 1739 in Segonzano (Tn) in the Cembra Valley. In the country with an ancient winemaking tradition, it was a widespread practice to distil the pomace to obtain a source of income and sustenance. At the time the distillers moved from house to house, with a mobile still, to distil the pomace deriving from the production of wine "for third parties" and Bortolo Nardini, having undertaken this "job", went as far as Bassano del Grappa.
Pushed as far as Bassano del Grappa, Bortolo Nardini was the victim of an accident that forced him to stop in the city. During his convalescence, he had the opportunity to get to know Bassano better and to understand its strategic importance as a commercial crossroads between Valsugana and Venice. With a precise vision and the tenacious will to turn it into reality, he bought the Osteria al Ponte, today “Grapperia Nardini”, to produce grappa with a still on a permanent plant and resell it.
For the first time it was no longer the distiller, with his mobile still, who went to the farmers to distill but the farmers themselves gave him the pomace for the production of grappa. Since 2016 Tenuta Natalina Grandi has chosen to follow the guidelines to obtain organic certification to regularize and highlight a conduct that the company has already chosen for years. In cultivation no pesticides are used, herbicides treatments are limited to a minimum, while the mulching and fertilization of the soil takes place with green manure, the mixture of herbs and flowers that becomes fertilizer.
The company's sustainability is also expressed during the harvest, which still takes place manually.

Noelia Ricci is a project born in 2010 within the Pandolfa Estate, an estate rich in history that extends for 140 hectares in Predappio, at the foot of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Appenino. The name Pandolfa seems to derive directly from Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta, known as the “Lupo di Rimini”, who would have stationed in these places for a long time before setting out to sack the Castle of Fiumana in 1436.

In 1941 the property passed to Commendator Giuseppe Ricci, an entrepreneur from Forlì. In the years of the Second World War, the history of Pandolfa changed its sign.
From a pleasant place for the holidays of the marquises, it found itself at the center of the tragic events of the war. It was occupied by the Germans and then attacked by Polish troops, while many displaced people found refuge in its cellars. Once peace returned, in the 1950s, Giuseppe Ricci began the renovation of the estate, involving well-known local artists, who here created works of art up to the legacy of these places.
Ricci also began to rethink agricultural production, which had been of great importance during the Albicini period, bought two adjacent farms and planted Sangiovese, Trebbiano and Albana vines.
Orto di Venezia
S. Erasmo, an island in the Venetian lagoon, has for centuries supplied fresh vegetables and vegetables to the city of Venice. In the vegetable gardens of the island are produced the "castraure" and the violet artichoke of S. Erasmo, famous throughout Italy.
Already in the 16th century there were many vineyards on the island that were neglected in the following centuries.
Michel Thoulouze together with his family decided to relaunch the cultivation of vines and the production of wine on the island, using the traditional methods of local farmers and the technical expertise of Lydia and Claude Bourguignon, agricultural engineers, and Alain Graillot Crozes Ermitage, producer wine producer whose wines are famous all over the world.
Michel Thoulouze's company today produces a wine called "ORTO" which collects all the best characteristics linked to this special territory and is the only one that is produced within the confines of the Venice lagoon.

The Bara family comes from the villages of Bisseuil, Oiry and Chouilly and its origins date back to the 1600s. In 1833, Auguste François Bara, a robust and enthusiastic young man, arrived in Bouzy to begin his career as a cooper. Three years later, in 1836, he married Annonciade Robert, already owner of vineyards.
In 1975 the Maison Bara was one of the first to cross the Atlantic to export its wines to the United States. Even today the Maison exports to the United States and always with the same importer. Paul Bara Champagne cuvées are also present on five continents. In 1980 Chantale joined her father to assist him and immediately became a partner in 1986. Sixth generation of winemakers, Chantale is committed to handing down the traditional and artisanal values that have been passed down to her from past generations.

Pian delle Vigne
The Pian delle Vigne estate, located 6 km south of Montalcino, above the Val d'Orcia, was acquired by Antinori in July 1995. It takes its name from a characteristic nineteenth-century railway station located within the estate, still in use.
The total area of the company is 184 hectares, of which 65 hectares are planted with vineyards, 2 hectares with olive groves and 117 hectares of wood.
The Azienda Agricola Picchioni Andrea is a ten-hectare patch of land located in the small Solinga Valley on a hilly slope that turns towards noon and on which deep veins of loose soil, even pebbly, climb prohibitive slopes. Pio Cesare was born in 1881 and today with about 70 hectares of vineyards with vineyards located in different areas of Barolo del Barbaresco. The production varies between the "Classici" Nebbioli, the "Single-Vineyard". The Pio Cesare Winery is one of the few remaining in the historic center of the city of Alba.
Built at the end of the 18th century, it is crossed and bounded by the ancient Roman walls of Alba Pompeia, which form its foundations and are visible in every corner of it. The Pisoni, one of the first producers in Trentino and one of the founding members of the Trento Doc Institute, boast a long history in the art of Spumante Metodo Classico: an ancient tradition that has its roots in the early seventies, when there were only a few the Trentino companies that produced TRENTODOC.
For the Pisoni family, the distillation of grappa is an art. There are no schools that teach distilling; progress in this field is given by the combination of experience and experimentation. The modern distillery, renovated in 2003 and designed directly by the owners, is the result of a technological evolution led by four generations who have brought their contribution of innovation combined with the experience handed down. From the first small copper stills of the late nineteenth century, which were fueled with a wood fire, we arrived at the current steam-powered system, of which you can admire the bain-marie boilers dominated by the splendid columns, also rigorously made of copper . An important contribution to this evolution was made by Tullio Zadra (1905/1991) master coppersmith from Trentino, as well as father-in-law of Arrigo Pisoni, known for having introduced the bain-marie distillation method with plate rectification columns in Trentino. Some parts of the plant still bear the nameplate of its renowned workshop.
We knew we wanted excellent gin made with quality ingredients, but which ones?
After months of tastings, tastings and discussions, we all agreed on the choice of a test tube with the “PiùCinque” label which indicated the degree of intensity of the Italian botanicals in our recipe.
And so our name was born. We thought it was original until we found out that Chanel No.5 is called that for the same reason.
The central value of this family business is represented by the deep respect with which it wants to relate to the land, the people and the territory in which it operates. A territory in which and with which the Marini company has been measuring and evolving for the past 300 years!
The original nucleus was built for the cultivation of olive trees and the production of oil and still today, of the total area of about 300 hectares, 130 are olive-growing. Subsequently 35 hectares were destined for the production of Clementine di Calabria, a leading product of regional agriculture, protected by the Community IGP trademark.
In 2003 the Marini family enriched the offer again by focusing on quality viticulture. 7 hectares of vineyards were planted in hilly, clayey soils, at about 500 m asl, and the new cellar was built. With this activity, the Poderi Marini company returns to discover, interpreting it in a modern key, a tradition that has been present in this area since ancient times.
The assortment of vines includes the indigenous Aglianico and Magliocco and the international Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, for the reds, and Chardonnay and Sauvignon for the whites. The training system adopted in all the vineyards is the spurred cordon, the density of the vines is 5,200 vines / ha with productions never exceeding 60 q / ha.
The cellar is new and equipped with modern oenological systems. Finally, in the vineyard and in the cellar, the production method of organic farming is adopted. All choices that testify to the constant orientation of the Marines to cutting-edge technologies, to quality productions with deep respect for tradition and the environment. In the cellar the company avails itself of the over twenty-year expertise of the oenologist Gianfranco Cordero. Podere Selva Capuzza
Selva Capuzza is a farm dedicated to the production of native wines of the area.
On the estate there are the Cascina Capuzza restaurant, the wine cellar and the Borgo San Donino apartments.
The Podere, located 4 km south of Lake Garda, is located in a very prestigious hilly position and located within the boundaries of the three main DOC areas of the Brescia side of Lake Garda: Riviera del Garda Classico, San Martino della Battaglia and in the heart of Lugana.
The Poli distillery is located in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto, the most renowned region for the production of marc brandy. At the Poli Distillery there are two bain-marie stills - traditional and vacuum - and the ancient copper still, with steam boilers. the Grappas, each different because the grape variety, the still, the marc, the vintage, the aging, the style are different.

Cantina Produttori di Manduria now has 1000 hectares of vineyard, half still grown with the traditional sapling system and strenuously defends the work of 400 small wine artisans, the only ones who can boast the name of Masters in Primitivo.
To the patrimony of a strong tradition have been added the research projects launched by the CNR and the University of Bari, the rigorous compliance with the production disciplinary of the "Primitivo di Manduria" Doc combined with a strong attention to the environment and hygiene with Iso 9001, Iso 14001, Iso 18001, IFS BRC and from 2018 SUSTAINABLE COMPANY in compliance with the E-QUALITAS standard.
Love for the land, experience and tradition in vine cultivation have increased the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of the Quacquarini family over the years. Alberto was the forefather of this company: it is he who, helped by his wife Francesca, has challenged the events of life and together have laid solid foundations for future generations.
Monica, Luca and Mauro: they are the ones who have picked up the baton and who currently manage the company, mutually assisting each other in a sort of natural symbiosis. The Alberto Quacquarini company is the largest producer of Vernaccia di Serrapetrona Docg with its 35 hectares of vineyards planted in Vernaccia Nera, used almost exclusively for the production of Vernaccia di Serrapetrona Docg.
Five like the Chiarli generations who have taken turns leading the family businesses since 1860; five like the people who have carried out this project of excellence; five, finally, as the fundamental stages of the path of quality and innovation that has always distinguished the Chiarli world in the wine scene of the territory.
The production area of the Rebuli winery is the historical one, limited to the 15 hill towns between the two productive capitals of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, and extends over an area of about 20,000 hectares. The types produced are 3: sparkling, sparkling and still. The grapes: the wine is produced with a minimum of 85% of Glerae grapes, for a maximum of 15%, of Verdiso, Bianchetta, Perera, Glera Lunga, varieties present for centuries in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, or Pinot and Chardonnay.
Riecine is a rare example of what can be achieved with artisanal care and attention.
The oenologist and General Manager since 2015 is Alessandro Campatelli who directs the entire winemaking process with the precious help of the historic Riecine team. The harvested grapes are placed in small containers (bin) and then gently pressed as per tradition before passing through concrete, steel and wood.
Fermentation is carefully and personally supervised by Alessandro, so as to guarantee the right temperature and perfect extraction of tannins, color and aroma.
Once in the tanks, about 10-20% of the must is drained. This procedure is aimed at increasing the proportion of skins in the must and aimed at obtaining wines with a higher concentration.
All the wines are spontaneously fermented (without the addition of selected yeasts) which for this reason has a very slow start, but which adds character to the finished product and favors a cold maceration that lasts from three to four days.
The adventure of the Rigoloccio winery began in 2002 when two Maremma Doc friends bought 23 hectares at the foot of Monte Calvo and the village of Gavorrano.
Majestic sauces and centuries-old olive trees surround 9 hectares to be used as vineyards, and here, the choice is immediately audacious: planting Bordeaux vines, international in scope, but with all the Supertuscan temperament.

In 2017 the winery underwent a radical revolution, with a change of ownership that gave way to a profound structural renewal that involves every single aspect, from the architectural one to that of the manufacturing processes and company organization.
In the shadow of the Soave castle, just behind the ancient walls, is Rocca Sveva, a medieval village transformed into a center of wine excellence. Centenario Internacional opens its doors. Several Scottish malts were initially bottled, which allowed us to begin aging our first 4 rums in American white oak barrels: Samba, PaloViejo, Ronrico and Platinum Rum.
In 1904, in the north of Peru, the Hacienda Agrícola de Chiclayo was founded in Chiclayo, a small settlement between the sea and the mountains known as the "city of friendship". Here, a group of farmers joined together to trade their own sugar, and to this end they built, with great personal sacrifice, a small refinery.
In 1922, the Peruvian landowner family Piera de Castillo, whose boss was Don Rolando, bought the hacienda, the refinery and the vast sugar cane plantation from the Gutiérrez family. While there was a lot of raw material, the technology was elementary. The lack of technical knowledge meant that sugar cane and all its potential could not be fully exploited. The workforce, coming from the local inhabitants around the hacienda, was also poorly trained.
In 1933 Don Rolando sent his eldest son Augusto to study chemical engineering at the University of Cambridge. In the summer of 1938 a ship destined for Peru left London, carrying the precious cylinder mill for sugar and a Scottish column still for distillation.
1950 was an unforgettable year for the young Augusto Piera de Castillo: Ron Millonario was officially born.
The rum was the fruit of hard work, but since few could afford to taste it, it acquired the name "por los millionarios", in recognition of that exclusive club of individuals wealthy enough to buy its spirit and enjoy its unique charm.

Ron Santiago de Cuba
For over 8 generations the Masters of Cuban Ron from the city of Santiago de Cuba have followed their tradition and experience rather than a recipe, creating a rum with rhythm and soul that dances in the glass, always dreaming of something better.
The Oriente region has been known as the Cradle of Rum Light since 1862 and Santiago de Cuba is the city where the tradition of Cuban Ron Ligero found its origins. Here, the scorching heat of the Caribbean sun, the humidity of the land and the sea intertwine perfectly to create the optimal conditions for growing sugar cane, enriching the aging process and giving depth to our unique liquid.
Rum is the soul of Cuba and what makes it unique can be broken down into three elements: the raw materials, the aging and blending method and the expertise of the Masters of Cuban Ron.
The history of the Ronca winery is not the traditional story of land handed down from father to son for generations, but it is still closely linked to what is needed to grow the vines: the earth. In 1946 the progenitor of the family, Ulderico Ronca, bequeathed a plot of land in the province of Verona to his wife and children. Ten years later, Walter and his brothers sell this plot to obtain the necessary funds to start with an industrial activity, which has developed solid and flourishing over time.
Ruffino is a multifaceted reality, linked to the production of quality Italian wines which in its mission incorporates the most important instances of contemporary agri-food culture.
A company with a history of over a hundred years, deeply linked to Tuscany in particular and to Italy in general, Ruffino is today the sum of an entrepreneurial experience with few equals, of a profound and varied agricultural and productive knowledge, and of a modern organization, stratified in functions indispensable for competition in a highly competitive sector and strongly linked to local areas.
The Ruggeri winery was founded in 1950 in Valdobbiadene, Treviso. The grapes of Prosecco Superiore DOCG are traditionally conferred by a hundred winegrowers. Almost all of them have vineyards in the municipality of Valdobbiadene and 25 also have Cartizze grapes. Worthy of note are the numerous high-quality vineyards in the historic hamlets of San Pietro di Barbozza, Santo Stefano and Saccol, which have always been recognized as the qualitative apex of the entire denomination.
Ruggeri owns a small Cartizze vineyard and 20 hectares in nearby Montello, 12 of which are planted with Pinot Grigio and Glera (traditionally called Prosecco). About one hectare is dedicated to Recantina, an ancient native red grape variety recovered after a long work with the Experimental Institute for Viticulture of Conegliano.
In 1990 I went to Scotland to visit distilleries, sample barrels and strike some business deals: during a few visits to whiskey broker warehouses, I started noticing several old barrels of British Guiana and Jamaican rums, stacked next to single malts. Coming from the British colonies, these rums were shipped to Scotland and England for aging (in a cooler and more humid climate which allowed for a more gradual ripening) and for blending into so-called Navy Rums.
In the green of the Tuscan hills, nestled in the crown of Chianti, is the Azienda Agricola San Leolino in the locality of Casariccio which produces with its 8 hectares of vineyards three red wines with different peculiar characteristics.
The flagship of the “Il cinque” IGT Toscana Rosso winery, harvested and squeezed by hand selecting the bunches, aged in oak barrels for 14 months and aged in the bottle for at least six months.
“Casariccio” Chianti Superiore: Chianti produced according to the ancient regulations of Count Ricasoli and the innovations made by the Chianti consortium.
“La Fonte” IGT Toscana Rosso Sangiovese in purity is created through a selective harvesting of the best Sangiovese grapes.
It also produces a fortified wine, the divine vin "Ugo", the vinsanto, in memory of the poet Ugo Foscolo and his love story with a gentle woman from the village of San Leolino.
Sandro de Bruno
At 600 meters above sea level, on the volcanic soils of Monte Calvarina, in the Lessini Durello and Soave DOC area, we have been producing wine with passion for three generations, with a view to synergy and harmony with nature, with the aim of interpreting and enhancing the native vines of this area, creating a product that preserves the tradition and identity of our territory.
The name Santa Barbara is a tribute to our land, our traditions and our cults. The history of these places has its roots in the sixth century, when Senigallia was a Byzantine city and a Lombard outpost (and therefore "barbarian") settled in a nearby village. Since then, that village took the name of Barbara where our winery stands today, which has the privilege of having its production site inside an ancient monastery.
The Cantina di Santadi is located in Sulcis, south-western Sardinia, The goal is ambitious, to focus on bottled wine, typical red wines in particular, to give visibility and identity to the main cultivar of the territory: the Carignano, without however neglecting the traditional white grape varieties of Sardinia, such as Vermentino, Nuragus and Nasco.
The Santi winery has been a protagonist in Valpolicella since 1843, the year in which it was founded in Illasi, a historic village at the eastern end of the province of Verona, nestled close to the Lessini Mountains. Here, in the shadow of a medieval castle, among the hills of the valley then called Longazeria, the production of the typical wines of the area is established, led by Carlo Santi, the founder. Right from the start, the Santi family chose to focus on quality and the strict selection of raw materials, using only the best grapes from the vineyards owned by the most suitable areas. The success of its wines induces the company to obtain supplies also from local suppliers, with whom a relationship of trust is consolidated over time which today allows direct management of the vineyards.
Santòn is the first agricultural vermouth of Friuli Venezia Giulia, produced in this “queen” land of wine according to the completely artisanal production chain of BorgosanDaniele. It is an ancient tradition to aromatize wine with herbs, spices and botanicals, a processing method which by its nature requires patience, dedication and great knowledge of raw materials. Castiglione Tinella: in the heart of Moscato d'Asti. It is here that, since the early 1900s, the Saracco family has been producing this aromatic wine, and they do so by cultivating their own vineyards, a very important factor that identifies the link with an ideal territory for the cultivation of Moscato grapes.
Historic company, farmers since the seventeenth century, has dedicated a lot of effort to the cultivation of vineyards and has always produced selected and refined "Cirò wines" since 1949.
The culture of refinement has been handed down from father to son and currently Luigi Scala, a winegrower in the cellar of all time, continues the production of Cirò with great reference to family traditions. From the cultivation of the vine to the processing and aging of the wine, the Scala company carefully takes care of the phases of its product which aims not so much at the quantity, but above all at the excellent quality of a Calabrese wine that wants to stand out.
The continuity and philosophy of all time is also ensured by the entry into the company of Francesco Scala, currently in charge of commercial relations.
We are a small family-owned distillery founded in 1887 which has been run from father to son for five generations. By maintaining the family management over the years we have been able to raise our distribution and the quality of our products reaching high quality standards. Our grappa is now recognized as one of the best in Veneto, the region with the highest concentration of distilleries. Still using the ancient discontinuous system in copper stills, with low pressure steam, we are able to produce a very high quality niche grappa, bottled in elegant glasses that stand out for their refined image, suitable for restaurants and wine bars.
Serafini & Vidotto
Francesco Serafini and Antonello Vidotto, oenologists and farmers, founded the farm in 1986 in Nervesa della Battaglia, under the ruins of the Abbey where, between 1551 and 1555, Monsignor della Casa wrote the Galateo, in the territories of the Serenissima Republic of Venice, which has always been devoted to the production of red wines.
The Sibona Distillery is located in the Roero area, in the Municipality of Piobesi d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba. Born a hundred years ago in the same area as an old furnace, the distillery is located in the center of an important wine area where the vines of the most important Piedmontese wines are grown: the Nebbiolo vine (from which the Barolo, Barbaresco wines are obtained and Roero in their respective production areas), and the vines of Barbera, Dolcetto, Moscato, Chardonnay, Arneis and Brachetto.

The Azienda Agricola Tamburino Sardo, founded in 1968 by Adriano Fasoli is now managed together with his two sons Stefano and Giuliano. Tasca Conti d'Almerita
Tasca d'Almerita now cultivates almost 600 hectares of vineyards and enhances the fruit by distributing it in the four continents of the world. He takes care of the guests of two of the most beautiful resorts in Sicily with dedication and enhances each of the company's five estates.
The Tedeschi winery is located in the center of Pedemonte di Valpolicella. The fermentation room, recently renovated, has horizontal fermenters that allow perfect extraction from the skins thanks to an appropriate programming of the pumping over and movements of the solid mass.
The cellar also has vertical fermenters where it is possible to carry out fulling by means of a mechanical piston. All containers are thermally controlled. In the aging cellar there are Slavonian oak barrels with a capacity from 10 to 50 hectoliters.
In the heart of the Asolo hills, in Monfumo, our wines are born. Tenuta di Biserno
Tenuta Campo di Sasso has an extension of about 56 hectares and a lower altitude. The soils are sandier and the climate is warmer during the summer months. These conditions are ideal for the cultivation of Syrah and Vermentino as well as the other varieties of Bordeaux vines. The wines produced in this area are Insoglio del Cinghiale and Occhione.
Tenuta il Bosco
The origins of Tenuta Il Bosco in Zenevredo, in the Oltrepò Pavese, date back to the Middle Ages, when the Benedictine monks gave new life to the land, after a long abandonment, making the vine flourish again.
Viticulture in the Oltrepò Pavese is in fact very ancient and the first written documents date back to Pliny and Strabone who in 40 BC, passing with a Roman legion, wrote “good wine, hospitable people and very large wooden barrels”.
The cellar reflects and crowns the vision of the Estate. Ipogea, therefore absolutely integrated with the surrounding environment, and with low environmental impact, represents a sort of underground temple, dominated by two ancient stone farmhouses and a wonderful Mediterranean garden, the work of the garden designer Richard Shelbourne.
The altitude and southern exposure of our vineyards allow a slow and complete ripening of the bunches that give wines of great concentration and vigor. The cool and breezy nights help maintain the aromatic complexities of the grapes.
Tenuta Sallier de la Tour
Our history and that of “Muntagna” met in 2007, when the Tascante project - Pocket and Etna - was born, which is above all the exact synthesis of our idea of a vineyard on the highest volcano in Europe, Etna. A force of nature in its primordial state. Today with great pride I present to you the new born: the wines of the district. A research and study project of the territory that began with the first experimental vinification in 2004. An intense work that then took shape with the purchase of the first vineyards in 2007 in Contrada Sciaranuova and Pianodario, and subsequently in Contrada Rampante, in 2015. Knowing the character of a land, understanding its nuances, identifying its strengths and any more problematic aspects, is not an easy and immediate achievement. You can get an idea right away, but it takes time to understand the details. And the details make the difference. The Nerello Mascalese and the volcanic soils of Etna interact in an almost magical way, expressing the strength of the territory in a distinctive and unmistakable way.
Tenuta San Guido
Tenuta San Guido takes its name from San Guido della Gherardesca who lived in the 13th century. It is located on the Etruscan coast between Livorno and Grosseto, in the Maremma made famous by the verses of Giosuè Carducci and extends for 13 kilometers from the sea up behind the hills. It includes three excellences: Sassicaia, the Dormello Olgiata breed in thoroughbred horses and the Padule di Bolgheri Wildlife Refuge, the first in Italy.

Tenuta Tignanello is located between the Greve and Pesa valleys, in the heart of the Chianti Classico, between the small villages of Montefiridolfi and Santa Maria a Macerata, 30 km south of Florence. Terre di Balbia

Our vineyards extend over an area of 2,700 hectares, from the hills of the coast to the slopes of the mountains, in a typically Mediterranean climate, temperate, with significant temperature variations that determine optimal conditions for the accumulation of aromatic substances in the bunches, giving rise to high quality grapes. Our production is concentrated exclusively on the typical and indigenous vines of the area, traditionally cultivated in pergola, with a vocation for experimentation in the field and in the cellar.

Torquadra products are distinguished by their difference in taste and aroma, presenting finesse and personality as the common denominator of excellent products, obtained with pomace from classic and native Trentino vines.
The complex process of distillation of the pomace follows the discontinuous "bain-marie" and steam method: the all-Trentino method which, thanks to the water vapor, allows to obtain a better regulation of the cooking temperature, and therefore to obtain a finer product. It is a type of distillation that favors quality.
If our grappa is so precious it is due to the use of high quality fresh pomace and to this type of
distillation which heats them slowly and evenly.
Our barricaded Grappas, the strong point of our production, are left to age for several years in small French oak, cherry or acacia barriques.
Thus in full harmony the grappa slowly extracts a natural color and a full and elegant character from the wood.

Cantina Tramin, the home of the Gewürztraminer , was born in 1898 from a small project with a few families started by Christian Schrott , parish priest of Termeno and deputy to the Austrian Parliament, to guarantee subsistence and a future for mountain winemakers. Thanks to the strength of this union , Cantina Tramin over time it has become one of the most successful cooperatives in the region and a recognized example in the world.
In 1971 Cantina Tramin merged with the historic Cantina Sociale di Egna, founded in 1893. A union that associates the heritage of traditions and vineyards in a single cooperative reality, including the prestigious lands in Mazzon and Glen dedicated to Pinot Noir. the arrival in the company of our oenologist Willi Stürz, in the 90s the inversion of the trend towards quality is consolidated and the project of the wines of the Selezione begins, which today includes Nussbaumer, Terminum, Unterebner, Stoan, Freisinger, Maglen , Urban and Loam: the maximum expression of our oenological savoir-faire and the result of a selection of our finest vineyards. From here on, all production will be oriented towards excellence. The latest addition to the Tramin house is Troy, an elegant high mountain Chardonnay, with which we are going to enrich this world-renowned variety with a unique alpine interpretation.
Today we produce an average of 1.9 million bottles per year, 70% destined for the national market, and the remaining 30% for the foreign market. Working together to create wines that are a harmonious expression of our environment is the guiding principle of Cantina Tramin.
The Travaglini Winery, located in the heart of the Gattinara hills, includes 59 hectares of wine-producing properties of which 44 are planted with vineyards.
The “Gattinara DOCG”, a wine of great structure and longevity, and the “Nebbiolo DOC Coste della Sesia”, a young, fruity, easy-to-drink wine are produced from the Nebbiolo grape. It is a family-run business in which the experience and passion for quality of Arturo Travaglini, who already produced Gattinara in 1958, was inherited by his son Giancarlo.
Today the daughter Cinzia with her husband Massimo (Winemaker) lead this prestigious company. In all these years, in the Travaglini house, the passion for work, the commitment to arrive at a qualitatively superior production and the desire to always obtain only the highest levels of results, are always the same.
GLI UBERTI, Winemakers since 1793 in the Salem area of Erbusco Franciacorta produces about 180,000 bottles divided between Franciacorta and Curtefranca doc wines. The vineyards are located in beautiful well exposed positions, with draining and stony lands. All the vineyards are organically grown to better respect people, the environment and the territory.

Tenimenti Angelini, owned by the Angelini family and part of the group of the same name, was founded in November 1994 with the acquisition of three historic wineries in Tuscany: the Azienda Agricola Val di Suga in Montalcino, the Tenuta Trerose in Montepulciano and the Fattoria San Leonino in Castellina in Chianti.

Since the last twenty years of the last century the Virgili family boasts knowledge in the field of viticulture: Angelo Virgili (grandfather of the current owner of the same name) was the tenant of the Marquis Benedetto Sordi at the Arigona di San Giacomo delle Segnate, where he produced wine.
Later with his son Angelo he moved to Varana di Quistello and the second generation cultivated and vinified in Bondanello before moving to Mantua, where Angelo passed the baton to his son Luigi. Zago Birrificio is an Italian agricultural company that grows its raw materials in Friuli Venezia Giulia to produce a high quality beer. The idea of creating our agricultural beers was born more than six years ago, when we started growing two-row barley and five varieties of hops in our fields. The aim was to create a dimension that would allow us to malt our raw material.
