Inanfora Rosso Tullum DOCG Feudo Antico
The call of history through the discovery of ancient Roman amphorae in our sites has led us to retrace this ancient method of vinification already mentioned in Pliny's texts. We wanted to follow an authentic winemaking system, with minimal intervention and using only small doses of sulphites as was the tradition of the ancient Romans to stabilize their wines.
Color: Intense and deep ruby red
Flavor: Red cherry, bramble, blueberry, blackberry, licorice and violet with undertones of hazelnut and undergrowth
Taste: Juicy fruit and refreshing acidity. Fine-grained but solid and chalky tannins. Full body with a fresh, complex and persistent finish
Also for the avant-garde wines we find constant inspiration in the territory that hosts us reinterpreting it wisely. As with InAnfora, where we enhance a winemaking system that comes from history, following the traditional production method of the ancient Romans. With Casadonna, on the other hand, we decided to support extreme viticulture , bringing Pecorino to high altitudes.
