The Confrerie Bruno Dangin is born from the union of the members of the same family; workers in the respect of traditions and the environment. The Confrerie is situated in the Cote d'or but it is in Champagne where it all began. Since then, he was born in the spirit of Bruno Dangin the idea to create an organization that is respectful of the environment together with his children. This winemaker of Champagne, formed by many generations of wine-growers of Aube, he tried screws propitious to the birth of a effervescent biological of a quality comparable to Champagne. After 40 years of faithful service in the cellar of Champagne Paul Dangin and Sons, Bruno Dangin, he created his own Maison. It was at Molesme, three kilometres to the south of the Aube, which he found a clay soil so specific as to give the wines boldness, complexity and delight.
This Champagne cuvée is made with a selection of Molesme winemakers, who supply the Chardonnay. It therefore obtained the BIO certification 40% is Pinot Noir (Not mentioned). This blend gives a freshness and complexity, perfect as an aperitif. The mouth is very airy, on citrus fruits with a brioche finish. This is a wine that will please a maximum of people.
NOSE: Fruit branches and delicate aromas of brioche MOUTH: Surprisingly fresh flavor: the density of the champagne has a good persistence. The finish has notes of almond and hazelnut.
