With an agricultural tradition since the 13th century, the Ricci Curbastro family runs farms in Lugo di Romagna (RA), in Rontana di Brisighella (RA) and the homonymous farm in Capriolo in Franciacorta (BS). Of the 32 hectares of company surface, 27.5 are invested in vineyards according to the rigorous guidelines of modern viticulture and of the Franciacorta Wines Consortium which the company has adhered to since its foundation. In the centuries-old park where Villa Evelina stands is the underground CELLAR where the fermentation and slow maturation of Franciacorta DOCG are carried out.
The vinification is followed by the oenologists, Annalisa Massetti and Riccardo Ricci Curbastro; a mix of experiences for wines destined for the increasingly demanding palates of consumers from all over the world.
