The Spagnol family has all the production processes in hand. Each bunch is cared for on the vine, picked by hand and accompanied on the way to the bottle. They carry out all the vinification procedures internally, including sparkling wine according to the Martinotti Method, refining and bottling.
For this reason, together with universities and research centers, they have started a mass selection project thanks to which they recover the best stocks of the oldest vines to create the cuttings for the new vineyards. It is a traditional method of reproduction that allows to give life to healthy plants, perfectly adapted to the environment of Valdobbiadene, therefore capable of guaranteeing a production of high quality and expressive of the characteristics of the territory.
