Villa Novare is historically the most beautiful estate in the Valpolicella Classica area, characterized by a rare balance environmental data by alternating between vineyards and forest, with the presence of natural springs. An amphitheater that collects all the exposures of the best, from the south-east to south-west, and a variety of different soils that make this estate an example of wealth in the terroir. From here, the Bertani has done since his project to dedicate the vineyards only to the production of this Valpolicella Classico. And from here, where the hills slope down to the valley, were chosen the grapes most suitable to produce this Valpolicella wine from the fruit of the intense and respectful. The wine is crisp, in the essence of the fruit natural and healthy, goes well with Italian starters, pasta and white meat grills.
Maturation: Matures in cement vats lined with glass tiles in the underground part of the cellar for about 8 months and then in bottle for at least 3 months.
