Colour intense purple red. On the nose are pleasant aromas of plum, cherry and black berries with a sweet spices and chocolate. In the mouth it is full-bodied, soft, with a good flavor of red fruit and licorice, aftertaste is fruity and slightly spicy.

The Ripasso di Villa Novare is a wine with an intense and enveloping, soft and full of fruit. it is produced with the technique of a second fermentation of Valpolicella on the pomace of Amarone and Recioto, to which Bertani adds a small quantity of grapes semi-dried, which give the wine greater intensity with notes of fruit and a distinctive freshness. A reinterpretation of a traditional technique born from the culture and can-do of Bertani. This Review lends itself well to be a wine that is certainly versatile in pairings with food, and to play different roles, being able to offer fruit, softness and consistency at the same time.
Maturation: Refined in oak barrels of Slavonia, with a capacity that varies from 8 to 30hl, for 15 months.
