A Merlot that expresses at the same time, a strong varietal identity and a strong territoriality. Produced from a selection of our best clones, where production loads are intensively reduced, in order to reach the perfect phenolic maturity. The top priority is to obtain a grape perfect at the time of harvesting, since this condition is the assumption of long macerations film in which the colouring matter, aromas and tannins will pass from the skins and seeds to the wine to create the structure.

|Vinification||The maceration of grapes lasts for 20-22 days. At the end of this phase, follows the malolactic fermentation, giving it roundness and a softness to balance the fragrance typical of merlot.|
|Maturation||The aging takes place in oak barrels of 30 hl for 12 months and concludes with a further aging in bottle for 4 months.|
