Of ruby red color tending to purple, intense and pleasant with hints of wild blackberry and undergrowth. Sapid, slightly tannic, full of body, bitterish, with a persistent and pleasant aftertaste. Young and vinous, fragrant, poorly-herbaceous.

|Vinification||The grapes were immediately destemmed and poured into a fermenter. Are made two replacements per day, with the complete mixing of the pomace. The fermentation takes place at around 28°C.|
|Maturation||After 12 days, you make the racking and pressing. After a month of refinement in stainless steel vats, the wine is racked in Slavonian oak barrels for further refinement, which lasts 8 months.|
