Deep Ruby Red Color.
Aroma and Elegant Ripe Red Fruits, black Cherry, hints of Spices and Vanilla.
The taste is Round, Soft and Harmonious.

Excellent with First courses, with Truffle or Porcini Mushrooms. Excellent with Red Meat Grilled or in the Oven, the Lamb, the Cheeses of Medium Seasoning.

Production area Valpolicella
Vinification Crushing and Destemming of the grapes. Fermentation temperature 28°C. Maceration for 10 days for fresh grapes and 20 for those dried. The wine obtained from the grapes harvested in September, is assembled with that from semi-dried grapes that are
Maturation Aging in barrels of oak from 750l to 6/8 months. Rest in the bottle for 3 months before release.
