Wine to be tasted young to fully appreciate its fruit is fresh and generous. Goes well with the salumi of the Italian tradition, soups, pasta dishes, rice and pasta. It combines also with seafood, fish and grilled meats, also the white.

Vinification Crushing and destemming of the grapes. Temperature of fermentation: 26°C. Maceration for 10 days with daily pumping over and punching down daily. Fermentation malo-lactic.
Maturation Aging in steel for 6 months. Rest in the bottle for 2 months before release Yield: 60 hl/Ha
