Thanks to soils very rich in limestone and with a thin cultivation frank, grapes with medium-small size berries are obtained that benefit from a more favorable pulp-skin ratio suitable for the production of wines from fresh grapes only. On these poor soils, made of limestone easily explored from the roots, a balsamic Valpolicella is obtained with rich hints of cherry and morello cherry accompanied by intense notes of white pepper and dried flowers.
