Amarone Riserva is produced only in excellent years. A careful selection of the best grapes is followed by a prolonged drying and slow fermentation. It ages for more than 2 years in barrique and is completed after 18 months of bottle aging.

Meditation Wine, Protagonist.

Tradition combines it with Game and Seasoned Cheeses. To be tried in combination with Bitter Chocolate 85%, for a very special sensory experience.

Production area Valpolicella
Vinification Crushing and destemming of the dried grapes in January. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C. Maceration of the must for 30 days, with daily pumping over and punching down. Malo-lactic fermentation.
Maturation Maturation in Barrique for 24 months. Aging in the bottle for 18 months before release. Yield: 20 hl / Ha
