Primitivo top of the range, obtained in purity from primitivo grapes, grown in the warm and sunny vineyards around the Castello Monaci cellar, matures 6 months in small oak barrels and 6 months in large barrels. It is then refined for 6 months in the bottle. It has a bright and intense ruby red color, a well pronounced and complex aroma, with marked hints of wild berries in perfect harmony with sweet balsamic notes and spicy aromas.
