Barbera d'Alba DOC Vignota Conterno Fantino is produced entirely from Barbera grapes, all harvested and selected manually in the period from the end of September to the beginning of October. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks horizontally for about 6 - 8 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in second passage barriques for about 10 months. This is a certified wine and is obtained from organic farming.
