Monte Olmi is the name of the vineyard located in Pedemonte di Valpolicella, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica. It has an extension of 2.5 hectares with a southwest exposure.

The vineyard is obtained on terraces: the great slope ensures the loss of water in case of abundant rainfall, while the depth and the predominantly clayey structure allow water to be retained in periods of drought.
Color : intense ruby. Clear and transparent.
Nose : notes of cherry, raspberry and red currant amalgamated with notes of Slavonian wood.
Taste : elegant and robust structure, with good acidity. The retro-smell confirms the notes on the nose. It is a long and persistent wine.
Duration over time : it is a long-life wine.
