2013 was an extraordinary year for the red Châteauneuf-du-Pape of Château La Nerthe. The fruit of an assembly of 43% of Grenache Noir, 31% of Cinsault, 28% of Syrah and 9% of Mourvèdre.
At sight, it has a relatively dark red color with violet reflections. The nose releases rich notes of ripe fruit, quince and sweet spices. On the nose it releases notes of ripe fruit, quince and sweet spices, black currant with a hint of black chocolate. In the mouth, the Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2013 is rich, dense and perfectly balanced. It is a wine with great aging potential.
