EVOCATUS is a special selection of the best grapes dedicated to Taurasi, left to age for an additional year compared to the classic Taurasi. Evocatus is a red wine of great tradition with a strong and consistent ruby colour. Refined olfactory framework traced by fruity perceptions, cherry and plum, spicy notes of cloves and pepper, structured with tannin to monopolize the tasting which slowly leaves room for the acid surge and very pleasant smoky and vegetal flavours.
