The name Fumin comes from the color grey smoke of its berries, rich in bloom. Variety of ancestral traditional recipes, and have no relatives in other areas of production. Traditionally used in composition with other varieties, is now vinified in purity in the Doc Valle d'aosta. The Les Cretes was the first company in the valle d'aosta to produce doc 1993.
