A pure Merlot that simultaneously expresses a strong varietal identity and a marked territoriality. Produced from a selection of our best clones, whose production loads are intensely reduced to reach perfect phenolic maturity. The absolute priority is to obtain a perfect grape at the time of harvest, since this condition is the prerequisite for long skin macerations in which the coloring substances, aromas and tannins will pass from the skins and seeds to the wine to create its structure.

|Vinification||Maceration of the grapes lasts for 20-22 days. At the end of this phase follows the malolactic fermentation which will give roundness and softness to balance the typical fragrances of Merlot.|
|Maturation||The refinement takes place in 30 hl barrels for 12 months and ends with a further refinement in the bottle for 4 months.|
