The grapes are selected in the oldest vineyards of the company, perfectly adapted to the territory, which have found a balance of quality in the small production they give us.
Every year numerous operations are carried out in green, in order to improve the solar radiation of the grapes so that they reach the desired maturity.

|Vinification||The grapes, harvested by hand and selected through a qualitative selection, are vinified with a maceration on the skins that varies from 25 to 30 days to allow the best extraction of color and tannins.|
|Maturation||The wine then matures in oak barrels for 12 months and subsequently in larger barrels for 6 months.|
