A wine that comes from the skilful peasant inventiveness. In order not to waste the Recioto pomace, it was decided to "re-pass" the Valpolicella wine on the Amarone and Recioto skins, letting it absorb more complex and profound scents. After about ten days, Valpolicella was rediscovered as a new wine, with a greater complexity of aromas and a higher alcohol content. Ripasso Costa Arente intrigues the palate with that inevitable underlying acidic vein, the persuasive signature of the terroir of our hills.
