Average age of the vines 30 years. Calcareous marly soils and red clays loaded with skeleton. Harvested by hand in small boxes and maceration for 1 weeks in steel tanks, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aging 6 months in French oak and cherry barrels. Dal Tai Rosso, the native grape par excellence of the Berici Hills, an example of classic varietal expression. Vinified in steel and aged in large wood for 6 months this wine represents the essence of Tai Rosso, with its fruit and its drink. Very versatile, Rosso Calbin is suitable as an aperitif but also for the whole meal and goes very well with Baccalà alla Vicentina.
