Harvested by hand in small boxes and maceration for 1 weeks in steel tanks, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aging 6 months in French oak and cherry barrels. Dal Tai Rosso, the native grape par excellence of the Berici Hills, an example of classic varietal expression.
