Rosso della Bora Castello di Rubbia
When Nature raises its voice we must respect our role and stick to our ethics. In difficult years, when the climatic trend prostrates the vine with drought or torrential rain, the instinct of the most exasperated creativity is triggered in us, accepting the basis that Nature wanted to give. This is how the “della Bora” wines were born, special labels, faithful testimonies of a demanding year with yields of around 10 - 20 quintals per hectare, which express unique suggestions and nuances, telling a known story with new words .
Tasting notes : Intense ruby red with purple streaks. Typical aromas of raspberry and blueberry, humus, mushrooms and undergrowth. Intense, vibrant sip, balanced acidity given the 4 years of aging. However fresh and thirst-quenching.
