Produced only with Sangiovese grapes from the youngest vineyards of the company, Rosso di Montalcino ages for 12 months in large barrels and barriques and, subsequently, spends a period of refinement in the bottle.
The aging in wood, even if not obligatory for the disciplinary of the Rosso di Montalcino, gives this wine complexity of aromas and structure that make it a great "young Brunello", also smoothing the typical tannins of young Sangiovese.
