Ruchè accent of Castagnole Monferrato DOCG Montalbera
Falling in love with Ruchè is not difficult for its delicate color, intriguing aromas and those sensations of softness and elegance with an international taste. Enhancing these typical and unique characteristics is challenging but possible.
Hence the challenge called LACCENTO. By carefully and scrupulously analyzing the company's production and the positioning of the best vineyards, working with a modern and careful enology, adopting the best rules in the vineyard, with a fair and severe thinning of the grapes in the early summer months, making a careful selection of over-ripening grapes, with a “small” blend of grapes dried directly in the vineyard, MONTALBERA puts “LACCENTO # QUALITATIVO” on the E of Ruchè. A wine of great souplesse and elegance. Important, persuasive and of great longevity, but at the same time with great delicate aromas softened and diluted by over-ripening.
Color: intense ruby red with important violet reflections in youth, tending to garnet after a few years of aging in the bottle.
Bouquet: intense, persistent, hint of aromaticity in rose petals and wild berries in jam.
Taste: warm, pleasant with a rare silkiness.
