This Sangiovese - Castello del Trebbio - Toscana IGT has notes of raspberries and small red fruits in jam, hints of licorice and sweet spices. Characterized by a round tannin and a mineral and balsamic finish.

From the Trebbio Castle and the Rùfina much loved by critics and the public in recent years, here is another demonstration of how Sangiovese can benefit from the passage in terracotta. Vivid and vital color, ample aromas of violet, morello cherry, tobacco, pepper and red berries, raspberries and strawberries.
Mouth with rich tannin but that does not scratch, very persistent sapidity and taste with 35 days of maceration which in this case are optimal and well balanced between extraction for color and intensity of taste.
