“Solèr” is a word from the Venetian dialect which means attic, granary. Historically it was used by winemakers to dry the best grapes. Taking up this ancient tradition, a part of the grapes that make up this wine is dried, obtaining great softness with notes of licorice.

Deep ruby red color; scent of very ripe fruit, plums in alcohol, violets, with marked ethereal and spicy notes; full-bodied, important, enveloping, very velvety taste with complex tertiary aromas.

|Vines and plants||20% Marzemino, 20% Refosco dal peduncolo rosso, 20% Carmenere, 20% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.|
|Production area||Podere Colvendrame in Refrontolo, on the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, north of Treviso and Venice.|
|Vinification||Marzemino and Refosco are dried, while the remainder is vinified in a classical way at a controlled temperature. The grapes are de-stemmed, pressed and left to ferment in special fermenters, at a controlled temperature.|
|Maturation||The aging in wood will last for 12 months, followed by a further refinement in the bottle of 12 months.|
