Organoleptic characteristics: colour deep red with purple reflections, the aroma is strong of red berry fruit with notes reminiscent of ripe grapes. The taste is intense, franc, dry, with a delicate acidic vein typical of this grape variety.

Vinification and maturation: the grapes are de-stemmed by hand on stainless steel mesh so as to obtain a mass of whole berries, which start immediately in a fermentation intracellular that enhances the primary aromas typical of the grape variety. After crushing of the grapes, which takes place the day following the harvest, continues a traditional maceration for a week. After the pressing , the fermentation is concluded in stainless steel tanks where the wine remains until bottling in the following spring.
