|Vines and plants||70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Sangiovese|
|Vinification||Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and without any addition of external yeasts. Maceration on the skins for 10-13 days for Cabernet S. and for about 13-15 days for Sangiovese.|
|Maturation||At the end of the malolactic fermentation the wine is aged for about 12 months in oak barriques. Subsequent bottling and aging in glass for 3 months before release.|
