The Tedeschi family for years, is engaged in the improvement of the quality of their wines, and in the exaltation of the relationship between traditional varieties and the territory. For this the Red The Fabriseria, born as a wine style more international, it has been totally rethought, and today presents itself to the public as a wine consistent with the rest of the production, and is deeply rooted in the Valpolicella region.

The blend is composed of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and a small percentage of Oseleta. The grapes come from the vineyards of The Fabriseria located within the Valpolicella Classica (the communes of Sant'ambrogio and Fumane), and are left at the portion just before serving on the plants. The yield in wine per hectare, is very low and does not exceed that of the Amarone wine. The wine is placed in barrels made of Slavonian oak. The Valpolicella The Fabriseria is today a big and important Valpolicella, a wine to which the Tedeschi family has entrusted the task of telling the world this beautiful area.
Color: intense ruby red, limpid and transparent.
Smell: notes of black currant, black cherry, cherry, and plum, which give freshness to the wine, blend mineral notes, ethereal and vanilla.
Taste: rich and balanced. The concentration of the extract is significant and well-balanced by an important tannic structure, by a lively acidity and an alcohol content that provide a potential for long aging. The retroolfazione confirmation notes on the nose. It is a wine with a long, persistent and very elegant.
