Since 2008, we were looking for a “Cru” is particularly suited to the production of this noble variety of French origin. After years of research and various tests of microvinificazione, we have chosen the Vineyard “Ganger”. A vineyard monopole, which is located right at Mazzon at an altitude of 360 – 380 meters above sea level, with a clear exposure to the south-west and a slope of 3%-5%, characterized by a unique micro-climate and the deep soils with clay at the surface and limestone substrate.
