Torami IGT Umbria Lamborghini
The wine then passes into wood, in French oak barriques for ten months while the refinement in the bottle lasts six months.
Intense ruby red in color, it has a generous bouquet that begins with a hint of blackberry jam and then turns towards eucalyptus and licorice.
IGT Umbria Rosso Torami was vinified for the first time in 2003 and takes its name from a company toponym. It was born from the desire to experiment with a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon to obtain a captivating and enveloping wine. The vineyards from which it comes are located in the area of Lake Trasimeno, in Umbria. The maceration lasts twenty days in contact with the skins and subsequently the alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel barrels for the same number of days.
