Extremely complex Soave Classico with great personality
A touch of new, well-integrated barrique elevates it to a contemporary dimension and enhances its personality.
The vineyard is located in the Classical area, on Monte Foscarino: basaltic-lava soil and south-west exposure of the vineyards
Selection of the most concentrated grapes from vineyards facing south-west.
Fermentation in new barriques at 30% and not new at 70%. Then it remains on the lees for 6 months with batonnage every 6 weeks.
This is followed by another 6 months of aging in steel vats on fine lees.
Intense yellow color. Full nose that varies towards the honey of sweet wild golds: chamomile, elderberry, iris. Fat and broad on the palate: ripe fruit with an aftertaste of sweet almond and vanilla.
