61 Nature Rosé Cased Berlucchi
Franciacorta Berlucchi '61 Nature Rosé, a zero dosage with a strong character and uncompromising identity and a decidedly glamorous look.
The grapes, 100% Pinot Noir, come exclusively from the Ragnoli, Quindicipiò and Gaspa owned vineyards.
VISUAL APPEARANCE: abundant and creamy foam, with good persistence of a tenuous crown; subtle and sinuous perlage.
COLOR: pink peach blossom with coral streaks.
BOUQUET: fragrant and complex olfactory component, characterized by notes of cranberry intertwined with delicate hints of citrus. All this amalgamated by a complex minerality.
TASTE: on the palate the wine is characterized by a great balance between the softness deriving from a long aging on the yeasts, the acidity and minerality of the Pinot Noir vinified in white and the graceful tannic texture of the macerated Pinot Noir.
PAIRING: it is a Millesimato recommended for the whole meal; pleasantly accompanies important appetizers, fish main courses, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
