The most famous of the wines of our Maison was born in 1876 to satisfy the demanding taste of Tsar Alexander II. The emperor asks Louis Roederer to reserve him the best cuvée of the Maison every year, which he particularly appreciates.
Composed of 1/3 of Meunier - 1/3 of Pinot Noir - 1/3 of Chard￼onnay, the Cuvée Théophile is made with grapes from young vines (less than 10 years old) owned by Louis Roederer, supplemented by purchases of grapes from the Marne Valley and the West Reims Mountain.
The secret of the manufacture and the vinification method of this cuvée dates back to the origins of the Maison Billecart-Salmon and has been passed on for more than six generations. This Champagne is an assembly rosé which is the fruit of cépages Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified in red.
Brut Reserve is a fine, light and harmonious champagne. The grapes used are Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from three different vintages, acquired from the best sites in the Champagne region.
The Blason Rosé Perrier-Jouët is the direct descendant of the Blasons de France series, acclaimed by gastronomy lovers. Delicate pink color , with bright and intense reflections. Scent Fruity notes with citrus and wild berries and hints of violet and rose petals. Taste Elegant, with a beautiful freshness, intense, with a beautiful structure.
Appearance: In the glass, Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs has a bright and delicate golden color with soft green reflections. Nose: Strong aromas of wild white flowers, such as elderberry, acacia and honeysuckle and light citrus notes. Palate: On the palate, the wine is fresh and vigorous, with a very intense mineral note in the finish.
