Color: Brilliant, pale straw yellow.
Perlage: Fine, more compact.
Aroma: Fragrant blend of flowers and fruits, with hints of unripe pear and green apple, lychee (fruit with the typical smell of grapes in the various stages of ripeness), notes of jasmine and thyme and a slight aftertaste of lime.
Taste: It recalls the scent of apple, it is fresh and in its harmony it has a remarkable persistence given by the evident acidity.
